It is noteworthy that five members of the family including Satyaprakash Dubey, resident of Ledha Tola of Fatehpur village of Rudrapur Kotwali area, were murdered on October 2. Navnath Mishra alias Pattu, the main accused in this murder case, was arrested by the police near Bhabhauli Tirahe on Sunday evening. He is a resident of Abhaypura Tola. The rifle used in the murder has also been found from him, which is in the name of Prem Yadav. SP Sankalp Sharma said that three rounds were fired from the rifle. During interrogation, he told that Golu and Sandeep had come to the spot with Prem Chand Yadav’s rifle, with which he shot Satyaprakash along with his son Gandhi and daughter Saloni. Had absconded after the incident.
