Deoghar: Baba Mandir is not a government institution, but the responsibility of its maintenance is on the government. Under the Shrine Board, its Chairman is the Chief Minister. Decorations and special rituals are being done in all the twelve Jyotirlingas, but the Baba Temple management was left waiting for the government’s orders. The priests of Ram and Hanuman temple of the temple complex are decorating the temple with their own arrangements and will perform puja. Not only the residents of Deoghar, all the devotees coming to Babadham are surprised to see the Baba temple not decorated. All small and big temples are decorated in Deoghar itself. Rituals, bhajans and kirtan have started everywhere, but only traditional worship will take place in Baba Baidyanath temple. The silence of the temple management and Dharmarakshini Sabha in such a big festival is disappointing the people of Deoghar.

Regarding the consecration of the childhood idol of Lord Ram on Monday, Deoghar DC has appealed to the residents of the district to offer prayers with mutual love, brotherhood and in a peaceful manner. Along with this, DC has appealed for cooperation from the general public along with strong law and order and security arrangements. So that strict action can be taken against anti-social elements along with monitoring. Regarding security arrangements, monitoring will also be done through CCTV and drone cameras. He has directed all the sub-divisional officers to maintain law and order and peace by establishing mutual coordination regarding the security arrangements of sensitive places, religious places etc. in the district.
