Advance booking of different models of sofas is also being done on sofas, in which sofa launcher, sofa cum bed and L shape sofa are being preferred for home and hotels. Advance booking of cupboard, electronics safe, sofa, chair, center table, dining table and baby desk is also being done for shops and offices. Many branded showrooms in Deoghar are providing the facility of free home delivery apart from discount on the products as per the model.
Increase in online booking of branded furniture
Regarding Dhanteras, booking of furniture of branded companies is also being done online. Furniture is being booked from Kolkata and Patna including Deoghar through many online marketing companies, for which customers have been given the delivery date on the day of Dhanteras. Vivek Singh, proprietor of Classic Homes, Deoghar, said that up to 50 percent discount is being given on furniture on Dhanteras. There is 30 to 50 percent discount on sofa, bed room set, central table, mattress etc. Sofa and central table are free in the bedroom set. Also there is five years warranty and free home delivery. Parco brand furniture shopkeeper Gaurav Kumar said that up to 30 percent discount is being given on sofa, dining table, bed, wardrobe etc. There is a race for advance booking.
