Deoghar: Due to Basant Panchami fair, entry of heavy vehicles will be prohibited in the city from 8 am to 12 noon for three days. The route for this has also been diverted. Also, to avoid traffic jams in the city, 21 no-entry zones have been created. On the instructions of DC Vishal Sagar, SDO Dipankar Chaudhary has issued an order agreeing to the proposal of CCR cum Traffic DSP. According to the order issued by the SDO, in connection with the Basant Panchami fair, routes have been diverted at eight places by prohibiting the entry of heavy vehicles from 8 am to 12 noon from 13 to 15 February.

Heavy vehicles coming from Dumka will turn left from Hindolavaran and go towards Giridih via Tapovan, Charkipahari, Ujala Chowk, Purana Kunda Thana Mor and Koriyasa Chowk.
Trains coming from Giridih side will turn right from Koriyasa Chowk and go to Dumka via Purana Kunda Police Station turn, Ujala Chowk, Charkipahari Tapovan and Hindolavaran.
All heavy vehicles coming from Rohini/Devipur will go to Jasidih from Rohini Shaheed Dwar turn.
All heavy vehicles coming from Chakai, Jamui to go to Bhagalpur, Dumka, Godda will take left from Tabaghat turn of Jasidih, right from Devpura turn, left from Kothiya turn, right from Rikhiya Haat turn towards Mohanpur.
All heavy vehicles coming from Chaupa Mod towards Bhagalpur/Godda will turn right from left Hindolvaran from Chaupa Mod and go towards Rohini via Tapovan, Charki Pahari, Ujala Chowk, Purana Kunda Mod and Koriyasa Chowk.
All heavy vehicles coming from Saravan/Sarath will turn right from Purana Kunda police station turn via Ujala Chowk at Tapovan, Hindolavaran.
All heavy vehicles coming from Sultanganj will go towards Mohanpur market via Rikhiya Ashram on the left from Kothia turn.
At the same time, all heavy vehicles coming from Chaupa Mod, Hindolavaran and Tapovan will go directly towards Kunda Mod.
There will be no entry of heavy vehicles in these areas of the city
Patel Chowk including Jalsar Mod, Bharti Hotel, Jora Talab, Hadhadiya Bridge, Shivram Jha Chowk, Hindi Vidyapeeth, Darshaniya Mod, Bhurbhura Mod, Sita Hotel, Bilasi Town Four Number Fandi, Lakshmipur Chowk, Mandir Mod, Shaheed Ashram Road, Domasi Gali ( There will be no-entry of heavy vehicles in Drolia Road), Meena Bazaar, Trekker, Stand, Bajrangbali Chowk (Dhobia Gali), Tower Chowk, Jhausagarhi Kali Mandir and Dukhi Shah Lane. Instructions have been given to deploy traffic police at these places.
