One of these companies will be at the top at one time and after some time another company will reach there.
Performance of all Tata SUVs is excellent
Chandra said that Tata Motors’ Nexon and Punch models are leaders in their sub-segment while Harrier and Safari models are at second position in their segment. Apart from this, the company is also going to launch two new SUV models – Curve and Sierra in the next two years. He said that Tata Motors is continuously strengthening its SUV portfolio. He said, “We are performing well across all four of our SUV models. Along with this, we are also busy in expanding our portfolio. In this way, our strength in the SUV segment is going to remain very strong in future also.

Along with this, Chandra said that the upgraded versions of Harrier and Safari models have received top safety rating from the global vehicle safety standard ‘Global NCAP’. He said that both these models are the SUV vehicles with the highest safety scores in India. Global NCAP said in a separate statement that it has given five star safety rating to the new versions of Tata Safari and Tata Harrier SUVs. He said that this is the highest safety rating score for any car manufactured in India. These models have been successful in getting top ratings for both adult and child riders.
