Delhi’s road will be shiny, Nitin Gadkari made this promise

The roads of the country’s capital Delhi will be dazzling… This promise has been made by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. Gadkari inaugurated a renovated road between Dhaula Kuan and Indira Gandhi International Airport and promised to allocate Rs 1,500 crore for the rejuvenation of roads in Delhi.

On Wednesday, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi V.K. Along with Saxena, Gadkari inaugurated the eight km long road renovated by the Public Works Department (PWD). Road Transport and Highways Minister Gadkari spoke to the media during this and appreciated the commitment of the Lieutenant Governor for the development of the national capital. According to a statement, Gadkari also promised to allocate Rs 1,500 crore from the Central Road Fund to improve the associated infrastructure in Delhi.

Rs 1,500 crore will be used for projects initiated by the Delhi government and monitored by the Lieutenant Governor.
