Delhi Weather: Delhi’s air quality in ‘poor’ category on the second day of Diwali, know the weather condition

According to the news given by news agency ANI quoting the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality in Delhi remains in the ‘poor’ category. AQI 296 in Anand Vihar, 290 in RK Puram, 280 in Punjabi Bagh and 263 in ITO were recorded on Monday morning.

In comparison to previous years, the capital Delhi seemed to feel some relief on the day of Diwali. In fact, comparatively better air quality was seen on the day of Diwali.

On Sunday, the day of Diwali, Delhi’s air quality was recorded the best in eight years. However, due to burning of firecrackers and low temperature at night, an increase in pollution levels is being seen on Monday morning.

Despite the ban on firecrackers on Diwali on Sunday, people burst firecrackers in many areas of Delhi. The Supreme Court had a strict stance regarding firecrackers but despite warnings and a complete ban, people did not agree… due to this, Delhi may have to face problems in the coming days.

Meanwhile, according to what meteorologists have said, there is no possibility of rain in the national capital Delhi for the next few days. Light fog may be seen in Delhi and NCR areas in the morning.

According to the Meteorological Department, the effect of snowfall on the mountains is likely to be visible in the areas of Delhi-NCR also. Now the cold will increase rapidly here.
