Delhi High Court: No relief to Arvind Kejriwal from High Court, hearing against arrest on April 3

Delhi High Court: CM and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has not received any relief from the Delhi High Court at present. The court has rejected his demand for interim release. However, during this period the court has also issued a notice to the ED. The court has sought reply from ED against the arrest of CM Kejriwal. Also, the court has given time to ED to file its reply till April 2. The court will now hold the next hearing in this case on April 3.

Order to file reply by April 2, hearing to be held on three

Delhi High Court has sought reply from ED. The court has ordered ED to file its reply by April 2. Apart from this, Kejriwal’s lawyers had appealed in the court for immediate hearing of the case. Which the ED opposed. Now this case will be heard on 3rd April.

ED arrested after interrogation

It is noteworthy that before this, ED was continuously sending summons to CM Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi Excise Policy case. But, on the summons of ED, Arvind Kejriwal did not participate in the interrogation even once. ED also registered a case against this in the court. However, on March 21, ED interrogated Arvind Kejriwal for about two hours. After interrogation, ED arrested Kejriwal from his official residence. After the arrest, Kejriwal was presented in the court. Where Rouse Avenue Court sent him to ED custody till March 28 in the Delhi liquor scam case.
