Delhi has no respite from pollution even on Diwali! Know how much AQI is

Quoting the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), news agency ANI said that even on Sunday, the air quality in Delhi remained in the ‘poor’ category. Even today, on the day of Diwali, pollution persists in Delhi.

According to the information given by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality in Delhi was recorded in ‘poor’ category on Sunday also. AQI was recorded at 266 in Anand Vihar, 241 in RK Puram, 233 in Punjabi Bagh and 227 in ITO.

Even on the day of Diwali, the people of Delhi have not got relief from pollution. Even today, smog was seen in the capital. According to Skymet Weather, the air quality index of Delhi and NCR will be recorded in the moderate to poor category on Sunday also.

The air quality index (AQI) in the national capital is in the ‘poor’ category, which has raised concerns. After the burning of firecrackers today, pollution is likely to increase further. Meanwhile, news agency ANI has shared the video of Mahipalpur which is of 7:10 am.

According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature of Delhi will be around 28 degrees for the next few days while the minimum temperature will be recorded around 13 to 14 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain in the capital at present.

The Meteorological Department has predicted that the maximum temperature of the capital Delhi on Sunday will be 27 degrees while the minimum temperature will be around 14 degrees.

After Diwali, there are chances of cloudy weather in some parts of Delhi on Monday and Tuesday. The Meteorological Department has expressed that the wind speed in the capital is likely to be 4 to 8 kilometers per hour for the next few days.
