Delhi Excise Policy Case: The court will give its verdict on May 6 on the regular bail of BRS leader Kavita in the Delhi Excise Policy money laundering case.

K Kavita will remain in Tihar jail till 7th May

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday extended the judicial custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader K Kavita till May 7 in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam. The court booked Telangana Legislative Council member and former chief minister K. Judicial custody of Chandrashekhar Rao’s daughter Kavita extended till May 7.

K Kavita was arrested by ED on March 15

K Kavita is in judicial custody in cases related to both ED and CBI. He was arrested by ED from his residence in Banjara Hills in Hyderabad on March 15 in a money laundering case. Later he was arrested by CBI from Tihar Jail on 11 April.
