Delhi Excise Policy Case: After the 15-day judicial custody of Arvind Kejriwal ended, ED produced him in Rouse Avenue Court on Monday. After the hearing, the court sent the Delhi Chief Minister to judicial custody till 23 April.

Supreme Court seeks reply from ED on Arvind Kejriwal’s petition

The Supreme Court on Monday sought response from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea challenging his arrest in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam.

ED will have to reply by 24th April

Hearing Arvind Kajriwal’s petition, a bench of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Dipankar Dutta issued notice to the ED and asked it to file its reply by April 24. The bench said that the case will be heard in the week starting from April 29.
