History
The construction of Ghatshila Ram Temple started in the year 1956 and was completed in 1957. The temple was consecrated on March 29, 1958. After this, this temple became the center of faith of the surrounding people. Special programs are organized in the temple on occasions like Ram Navami etc.

In the Ram temple, the idols of Lord Shri Ram, brother Lakshman and Mother Sita are about four feet high. The idol of Hanuman is also installed here. Ramesh Sharma, priest of Ram Mandir, Ghatshila, said that Marwari community has an important role in the construction of Ram Mandir. Marwari community collected donations and built the temple. Earlier my father was a temple priest. At present I am the priest of Ram temple.
