Giridih Police has arrested four cyber criminals from Bengabad and Birni police station areas who were cheating pregnant women by impersonating bank officers and using e-wallet through Mitra app to provide them maternity benefits. Eight mobile phones, 11 SIM cards and one bike have also been seized from the cyber criminals. This is an inter-provincial (inter-state) gang of cyber thugs. Based on this information, Cyber DSP Abid Khan conducted a raid operation in various villages of Bengabad and Birni police station area. During this time, Gobind Mandal, resident of Baridih village of Chakai police station area of Jamui district of Bihar, Vishal Mandal, resident of Basodih of Birni police station area, Chandan Mandal, resident of Maheshpur village of Muffasil police station area and Meraj Ansari, resident of Mundhari village of Bengabad police station area, have been arrested. .
