CTET 2024 January Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) January 2024 exam today on January 21 in two shifts. The first shift is from 9.30 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be conducted from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website ctet.nic.in and bring it with them to the examination venue.
CTET 2024 January Exam: Some important instructions

Candidates who have admit cards without proper/visible photograph and signature and do not have original photo identity card will not be allowed to appear for the examination under any circumstances.

Candidates must report at the examination center 120 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidates reporting at the center after the gates are closed will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Candidates must bring their own blue/black ballpoint pen for use

Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination without signing the attendance sheet.

Candidates suffering from diabetes are allowed to carry food items like sugar tablets/chocolates/candy, fruits (like banana/apple/orange) and snack items like sandwiches in transparent polybags. Food items will have to be kept with the inspectors only.

Any kind of talking or gestures or disturbance in the examination hall will be considered as misconduct and will be considered under unfair means category.

Biometric attendance is mandatory before entering the examination hall and if a candidate enters without completing it, his/her result may be cancelled.
