Crooks fearless in Delhi: Looted one lakh rupees in Subhash Place, stabbed to death in Ranjit Nagar

New Delhi : Bike-borne assailants shot a man in the leg and looted Rs 1 lakh in Delhi’s Subhash Place area. According to the information given by the police, the incident took place late on Monday night, when the victim was returning home from his work. The victim was identified as Ritesh. Ritesh works as an accountant in an oil company. In another incident, miscreants stabbed a 20-year-old man to death in Ranjit Nagar police station area.

Ritesh was returning home from Scooty

According to the information given by the Delhi Police, late on Monday night, Ritesh was returning home from work riding on his scooty. At the same time, three bike-borne miscreants stopped him and looted one lakh rupees from him. Police told that when Ritesh protested against the robbery of the attackers, the miscreants shot him in the leg and fled from the spot. He told that this incident took place on Monday night around 9.15 pm.

Miscreants identified from CCTV cameras

Police said that with the help of CCTV cameras installed at the spot, the accused have been identified and they will be arrested soon. After the incident, Ritesh has been admitted to a nearby hospital, where he is undergoing treatment.

Murder by stabbing in Ranjit Nagar

Apart from this, a 20-year-old man was stabbed to death by unknown miscreants in Delhi’s Ranjit Nagar area. Police said that at around 4.15 pm on Sunday evening, the police received information that a person was stabbed in Sangam Colony of Pandav Nagar. After getting the information, the police team reached the spot, then saw that the injured was taken to the nearest hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead.
