A teenager died on Wednesday during treatment in Nepal after a fierce fight broke out between two brothers over a land dispute in Damgara ward number four of the police station area on Tuesday. It was told that Jhabar Yadav, resident of Damgara, has three sons. Late on Monday evening, a fierce fight took place between Jhabar Yadav’s elder son Lalan Yadav and younger son Surendra Yadav. In which Surendra Yadav, his wife and son were seriously injured. After which the local people hurriedly admitted Surendra Yadav and his wife and son to the Medical College Madhepura. After proper treatment at the medical college, Surendra Yadav’s 15-year-old son Abhimanyu Kumar was referred due to severe injuries on his forehead. After which he was taken to Neuro Hospital Nepal. Where the doctors started the treatment. During this time Abhimanyu died.

According to the local people, Jhabar Yadav’s wife had registered two katha more land than her share to her younger son Surendra Yadav. There was a lot of controversy regarding this. There used to be frequent fights among his family members including elder son Lalan Yadav. On Monday, Surendra Yadav was getting soil cut in the same land. During this, elder son Lalan Yadav opposed this. First there was an altercation after which fighting started. As soon as the body reached the village, the police took possession of the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Here the family members are in bad condition, crying.

The incident of fighting took place due to a mutual land dispute. In which three persons were injured. In which Surendra Yadav’s son died during treatment. The body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem. The application has not been received, further action will be taken once the application is received.
