Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited was established in the year 2014. This company is known as Tanushi Industries Private Limited. The company manufactures digital flexo plates, traditional flexo printing plates, letter press plates, metal back plates and coating plates. The company’s two subsidiaries are Creative Graphics Premedia Private Limited and Vereen India Private Limited. 64 lakh shares are being brought into the market by the company through IPO. The proceeds from the IPO will be used to meet the company’s working capital requirements, repay loans, acquisitions and general corporate expenses.

In the IPO of the Noida-based company, the price range has been fixed at Rs 80-85 per share.

Retail investors have to apply for at least one lot. One lot contains 1600 shares. According to this, they will have to invest at least Rs 1,36,000 lakh.

The company has a huge customer base in the market. This includes ITC, TATA Consumers, MARS, Cavin Kare, Haldiram, Dabur India, KRBL, Himalaya, Hamdard Laboratories etc.
