Covid 19: Corona growing rapidly in UP, infection rate close to 0.87 percent, government issued alert

Lucknow. Corona (Covid 19) is spreading rapidly in Uttar Pradesh. The infection rate of Korana has reached close to 0.87 percent. The number of active cases in the state has crossed 1498. 402 new cases have been reported in a single day. According to media reports, the possibility of third wave of Covid coming in the country has increased. A new variant has come in Kovid. The new variant of Kovid is also infecting children below 12 years of age.

Most cases in Lucknow, virus confirmed in 78 people in 24 hours

Most of the cases of Kovid are in Lucknow. The virus was confirmed in 78 people here on Tuesday. After about eight months, such a large number of people have been found infected in 24 hours. A woman infected with corona has also died in Lucknow. About 45,718 tests were done in a day. The state government has organized mock drills of Corona in 75 districts of UP to test the preparations for the treatment of Kovid. 70 beds in BKT’s Ram Sagar Mishra Hospital, the team of doctors has been prepared to fight Corona.

Service to Kovid workers extended for one month

The health department has issued an alert regarding the increasing cases of corona. Keeping in view the spurt in the cases of Kovid in Uttar Pradesh, the health department has extended the service to the Kovid personnel. The National Health Mission has given one month’s service extension to these employees. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak has been continuously giving instructions to chalk out arrangements to deal with this epidemic in hospitals. The Chief Minister is also holding a review meeting.
