There was a government ration shop in the village in the name of Bikaru case accused Dayashankar Agnihotri, but when he went to jail, the district administration allotted it to someone else. Sub-Inspector Pradeep Kumar Mishra, Naib Tehsildar Atul Harsh and Inspector Vishwanath had gone on 10 July 2020 for transfer in the name of another. During investigation in the shop being run in Panchayat Bhawan, seven country-made bombs were found in a sack. The accused was booked under the Explosives Act.

DGC Raju Porwal, ADGC Prashant Mishra said that accused Dayashankar Agnihotri has been sentenced to three years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 3,000 under the Explosives Act. Prosecutor Prashant Kumar Mishra, advocate Mukesh Kumar and court clerk Balram Singh have played an important role in getting the punishment. At the same time, the defense side argued that the accused was involved in a rivalry because he was accused in the Bikaru case. Along with this, there was talk of running a quota shop in the house of the accused and not the Panchayat building, which the prosecution opposed and argued that the accused was powerful and had taken over the Panchayat building. After hearing the arguments of defense and prosecution, the court convicted the accused Dayashankar Agnihotri. After this, the court sentenced the accused Dayashankar Agnihotri to three years imprisonment under the Explosives Act along with a fine of Rs 3,000.
