Court notice to Kejriwal’s wife, Sunita Kejriwal summoned on BJP leader’s complaint, two years imprisonment if found guilty!

Along with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, problems for his wife may also increase. Actually, a Delhi court has issued summons to Chief Minister Kejriwal’s wife. Summons have been issued by the court after Sunita Kejriwal’s name was found in the voter list of two assembly constituencies. A case of alleged violation of law in naming names in two assembly constituencies is coming to light. Sunita Kejriwal has been summoned in this case. Metropolitan Magistrate Arjinder Kaur summoned Sunita Kejriwal as an accused on November 18 on the application of Bharatiya Janata Party leader Harish Khurana.

Sunita Kejriwal summoned on complaint of BJP leader
Here the BJP leader has alleged in his complaint that Chief Minister Kejriwal’s wife has violated the provisions of the Representation of the People Act. In an order passed on August 29, the judge said, “After considering the evidence of the complainant and other witnesses, this court is of the considered opinion that the offense punishable under section 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 against accused Sunita Kejriwal wife Arvind Kejriwal” A prima facie case is made out for. Therefore, the accused should be summoned accordingly.

provision of a maximum sentence of two years
Significantly, there is a provision of maximum punishment of two years for this crime. Khurana claimed that Sunita Kejriwal is registered as a voter in the voter lists of Uttar Pradesh’s Sahibabad assembly constituency and Delhi’s Chandni Chowk assembly constituency, which is in violation of Section 17 of the Representation of the People Act. He claimed that his offense was punishable under section 31 of the Act, which deals with false declarations.

Kejriwal attacked BJP
Significantly, earlier Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had attacked the central government. In fact, amid a controversy over the President being referred to as ‘President of India’ on the G20 dinner invitation card, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal questioned the government if the opposition alliance ‘India’ changed its name to ‘Bharat’. If you keep it, will the BJP change the name of the country from Bharat to something else?

While talking to the media, Kejriwal said that I do not have any official information about this but I have heard rumours. It is being said that this is happening because we have formed an alliance in the name of ‘India’. The country belongs to 140 crore people, not to any one party. If ‘India’ alliance changes its name to ‘Bharat’, will they also change the name Bharat?’

Aam Aadmi Party, a component of the opposition alliance ‘India’
Let me tell you, AAP’s national convenor Kejriwal alleged that BJP is scared of alliance and that is the reason it is resorting to such changes. He termed it as ‘treason’. He said, what a joke! This is our country. We have an ancient culture. Kejriwal said the BJP was so upset with the opposition alliance that when it was first announced, it tried to divert people’s attention from it with its ‘one nation, one election’ proposal.

Kejriwal said that their reaction to the opposition alliance shows that they are nervous. They used the trick of ‘one nation, one election’ to divert attention. How can they do ‘one nation, one election’? How will people benefit from this? How will this benefit you and your family? Will this reduce inflation, unemployment?
