Veteran leaders of the party arrived to attend the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting. In this meeting, party president Mallikarjun Kharge said that the country is looking for change this time. The same thing will happen to the guarantee of the present government, which happened with the slogan ‘India Shining’ in 2004. He said that I urge that the party workers should work to take every issue raised in the manifesto to every village of the country. We need to work so that it reaches every home.
Referring to the Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi, Congress President Kharge said that through ‘Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra’ we have been successful in drawing the attention of the country towards the real issues of the people. According to the news coming out, after the meeting of the Working Committee, there will also be a meeting of the Central Election Committee (CEC) of the Congress. In this meeting, the names of the candidates who are remaining will be finalized for the 7 phase Lok Sabha elections starting from April 19. Regarding the manifesto, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh has said that the party will contest the elections on the basis of five justices which are as follows – participatory justice, farmers’ justice, women’s justice, labor justice and youth justice… It is noteworthy that till now the Congress has A total of 82 candidates’ names have been announced in two separate lists.
