In this regard, UGC Secretary Prof. Manish R. Joshi has sent a letter to the universities.

Plan for 2021, instructions to implement

There are common service centers in all panchayats of Bihar. The number of these centers is 38294. He told that in spite of the rain, 50 to 75 percent attendance was found in 1663 schools. Whereas in total 440 schools across the district, the attendance of students was more than 75 percent. Some similar graph is also for the investigation of 14th July. The DEO told that one reason for this is DM Dinesh Kumar Rai sir and Deputy Development Commissioner Anil Kumar are checking dozen schools in a day.
