Rs were taken from the year 2017 to 2020

It contains the names of more than one influential person who was in contact with Lala. It is also written in it that how much money has been given to whom and when. This diary is now in the hands of ED officials. ED sources say that in the diary, the said IPS officer has written information about transactions worth at least eight crores in the name of Lala from the year 2017 to 2020.

ED gave information about the case to the court in writing

Recently, ED has given information about this matter to the court in writing. Seeing the name of the said police officer in the pages of Lala’s diary, the accountant of Lala’s company was interrogated. During interrogation of that accountant, he also got information about money being delivered to the said IPS officer. Then the truth of what was written in the diary was confirmed. This police officer was in-charge of Birbhum district for a long time.

ED started investigating the case

On the other hand, ED has deposited all the documents and evidence related to policeman-Lala’s communications and transactions in the special CBI court in New Delhi a few days ago. Only after receiving instructions from there, action will be taken against that police officer. Assets disproportionate to the income of the said IPS officer are being detected. When ED gets all the information, then the said police officer will be interrogated.
