There are Jyotirlingas and temples of Lord Shiva from north to south and from east to west in the country. He told that apart from being our rich spiritual heritage, the twelve Jyotirlingas unite us culturally. He told that there is Baijnath Dham in the east, Simra Dham in the west, Baba Vishwanath Dham in Kashi and Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh. He told that Kedarnath is situated on the Himalayas in the north, while Rameswaram in the far south has the blessings of Lord Shiva in the form of Jyotirlinga. The Chief Minister said that when Lord Shri Ram was constructing the Rameswaram Setu Bandh to conquer Sri Lanka. He worshiped Lord Shiva here. Describing the glory of Mahadev, Lord Shriram had said that there is no place on earth for a traitor to Shiva.
