CM Hemant Soren will inaugurate 80 excellent schools, children of government schools will study in English medium

Ranchi: The vision of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who is serious about education, is now taking shape. The dream of the underprivileged and poor children of Jharkhand to get excellent education as per the demand of the time will come true. On May 2, the Chief Minister will inaugurate 80 district-level schools of excellence from Thakur Vishwanath Shahdev High School, Dhurwa, Ranchi. Thakur Vishwanath Shahdev High School has also been converted into a school of excellence. All these 80 schools are affiliated to CBSE, where children will be given education through English medium. With this, the children of the state will also get the right to better education.

This will be the first time in the history of Jharkhand, when the idea of ​​developing government schools on the lines of private schools is being implemented. Let us tell you that the state government has set a target of creating 80 district level excellent schools, 325 block level leader schools and 4,091 gram panchayat level model schools in the entire state and providing excellent education opportunities to more than 15 lakh government school children. .

Since the formation of the government, the Chief Minister was serious about completing the construction work of the excellent school and CBSE affiliation as soon as possible, but the Corona transition period affected the construction work of the schools for two years, but after life became normal, the district-level The Chief Minister gave instructions to speed up the work of excellent schools. The Chief Minister continuously reviewed the construction work, training of teachers, CBSE affiliation and other processes and gave necessary instructions. Its result is that 80 excellent schools spread across the state have taken shape. State-of-the-art infrastructure, library, science lab, digital smart class, strong infrastructure of information technology, sports training and other facilities will be available in these schools.

Online training of principals of 80 excellent schools has been done by the National Center for School Leadership in two phases. The training of principals of 80 excellent schools has been completed in two phases by the Azim Premji Foundation. In the month of January, training was imparted by IIM for capacity building of the principals.

Vocational training will also be given to the children of these excellent schools. Children will be given training in agriculture, IT, ITES, apparel and made-up and home furnishing, media and entertainment, automotive, tourism and hospitality and other trades. Arrangements are being made for industrial field visits with state level establishments and institutions associated with related trades so that employment opportunities can also be made available according to their interest in future life.
