Meteorologists have expressed the possibility of rain with thunder and lightning at some places in the district till this next week. Because of this, people will get relief from the heat and a drop in temperature will also be recorded. The maximum temperature in the district is likely to be 32 and the minimum temperature is 24 degree Celsius on Saturday.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, clouds have encamped in the sky in Gorakhpur on Friday. But, in the name of rain, there was only drizzle at some places in the city, which remained insufficient on the scale of the Meteorological Department.
According to meteorologist Kailash Pandey, the pressure of monsoon has started appearing in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Monsoon has knocked in Purvanchal via Bihar. Monsoon will become active in the whole of Uttar Pradesh in a day or two. In such a situation, according to the Meteorological Department, the process of raining intermittently may continue amidst the freezing of clouds. At present, the kind of rain that people were expecting, it has not started yet. But, now due to heavy rains, people will get relief from the heat.
Talking about the maximum temperature in Gorakhpur on Friday, there has been a drop of 4 degree Celsius in comparison to the last four days. The maximum temperature on Friday was 35 degree Celsius, which was 4 degree Celsius less than Thursday. This time in June the maximum temperature has not dropped so low. On the other hand, there has not been any significant difference in the heat of the night due to the rain not catching up completely. Like the previous days, Friday night was also hot.
According to meteorologists, the clouds and moisture coming from the Bay of Bengal have increased the humidity of the atmosphere. Because of this, the heat index of the city increased due to sunlight and humidity and people felt the humid heat. People were suffering from the humid heat. People have to face the humid heat during the day as well as at night. Now after the heavy rains, there will be relief from the humid heat.
