CLAT exam will be held at six centers in Bihar, know important guidelines before appearing in the exam.

CLAT Exam: CLAT exam will be conducted at six centers in Bihar. The examination will be taken in offline mode from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sunday. In this, students are going to give exam for 3400 seats. Six centers have been created for the examination of Common Law Admission Test. Five centers Chanakya National Law University, DAV Rajvanshi Nagar, Patna Science College, Patna Law College, Magadh Mahila College have been set up in the capital. Whereas, Langat Singh College in Muzaffarpur has been made the examination centre. 3270 candidates are appearing in the examination for UG and 290 candidates for PG. 3560 candidates will appear at six centres. The examination will be conducted in offline mode from 2 pm to 4 pm at about 130 centers across the country. Candidates will start entering the examination center for the examination from 1 pm and the last entry will be till 2:15 pm.

It is mandatory to reach the examination center half an hour before.

It is known that every year CLAT exam is organized for admission in National Law University (NLU). The admit card for CLAT exam was already released. CLAT exam admit card can be downloaded by visiting the official website. Without admit card, students will not be able to appear in the examination. It is important to reach the center half an hour before the commencement of the examination. After entry into the exam hall, you will not be allowed to exit before 4 pm. Students must bring self attested copy with them, if their photograph is not visible properly. It is necessary to bring Aadhaar card or valid photo identity card along with the admit card.

Bringing electronic gadgets to the examination center is prohibited.

Blue ballpoint pen, transparent water bottle and analog watches are allowed in the examination. Do not color more than one circle in response to the same question on the OMR sheet. If you do so, the answer will be considered wrong. Do not do any rough work except on the page marked for rough work on the question booklet and do not carry study material, hand written notes, electronic gadgets etc. to the exam centre.

Change in exam pattern of CLAT 2024

It is said that the total number of NLUs in the country has reached 23. Students are going to try their luck for about 3400 seats available in UG courses of 23 NLUs. Changes have also been made in the pattern of the exam paper this time. 150 questions will be reduced to 120 questions. In the entrance examination, 120 questions will be asked for the students in the time limit of 120 minutes. Each question will be of one mark, 1/4 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer as per negative marking. It is mandatory for the candidates to reach the center one hour before the start of the exam. Have to keep a water bottle with you. Have to carry an analog watch with you. It is also important to remain positive before and during the exam. Students are advised to see the entire paper once first. After that, you have to mark only those questions which come to you. Getting stuck on a single question in the exam can cause harm. It is very important to have unbroken concentration and positive thinking for two hours in the examination. The Consortium of National Law Universities has changed the pattern of CLAT 2024. For this reason, it is important to be aware of this change. Questions related to Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Technique, English Language and Current Affairs will be asked. Therefore it is important to read it carefully.
