He said that the research scholar who will complete his tenure of three years with hard work and commitment and will present the best research management by writing, he will be given priority in government jobs along with relaxation in age.
Aspirational districts were left behind in the mainstream of development
CM Yogi Adityanath said that in 2018, NITI Aayog had selected 112 districts of the country as aspirational districts. Eight districts of Uttar Pradesh, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Chandauli, Sonbhadra, Chitrakoot and Fatehpur were included in these. These were the districts which were left behind from the main stream of development.
Excellent performance of UP in the top 10 aspirational districts of the country today
All the 8 districts of Uttar Pradesh were also at the most backward position in the list of 112 aspirational districts of the country. These districts were backward in the fields of education, health, agriculture and water resources, employment, skill development, financial inclusion and infrastructure. But, it is a matter of pleasure that due to team work and regular monitoring, today 4 of our 8 districts are in the top 10 aspirational districts of the country, while all our 8 districts have been included in the top 20.
Villages are the pivot of India’s development
The Chief Minister said that villages are the pivot of India’s development. The more self-reliant the rural system is, the country and the state will also be self-reliant in the same proportion. He said that neither we have shortage of funds nor man power. Our researchers who are working on fellowship for three years in their respective development blocks should act as facilitators. CM Yogi Adityanath said that all research scholars should follow a goal that by the time their tenure of fellowship is over, their block should be 100 percent in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, their block should be TB free. Along with this, information about schemes related to farmers and government schemes related to women and girls should also be taken among the public and encouraged to take advantage of the schemes.
