The chef expressed his excitement about serving authentic Indian flavors to the First Ladies at the G20 Summit. To mark the Year of Millets 2023 (as declared by the United Nations), the chef said he will also be using millets in his dishes.

One of the highlights of Chef Kunal’s cooking for the G20 summit was preparing a vegetarian version of Khichra, a dish traditionally made with meat. By using mushrooms, he will give it a meaty flavor while keeping it completely vegetarian. Special menu prepared
