The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday filed a charge sheet in the court of PMLA special judge against five people, including former chief ministers Hemant Soren and Vinod Singh, in a money laundering case. Hilarius Kachhap accused of helping in capturing the land

ED has accused Hilarius Kachhap of helping in illegal occupation of land. Hilarius had taken the electricity connection in his name on the concerned land. Besides, this 8.45 acre land was also surrounded with stones. ED has also accused the land owner Rajkumar Pahan of helping Hemant Soren.

SAR officer’s order: Return the land to Rajkumar Pahan
