Cash scandal case: CBI’s interrogation of Amit Aggarwal completed, then sent to Birsa Munda jail

Advocate Cash Scandal Case: After the five-day remand was over, businessman Amit Aggarwal was presented in the CBI court. The CBI Delhi team had taken him on remand for five days and interrogated the businessman at the CBI camp in Ranchi. Let us tell you that he was taken on remand for questioning in the Rs 50 lakh cash scandal case of Jharkhand High Court advocate Rajeev Kumar. During the hearing it was told that the CBI inquiry was completed. Therefore, additional remand was not sought by the lawyer. After which businessman Amit Aggarwal has again been sent to jail. In this case, the Delhi CBI team had registered an FIR against some West Bengal police officers including Amit Aggarwal. CBI Delhi felt the need to interrogate Amit Agarwal in the Rajeev Kumar cash case. After this, an application for remand was filed in the special CBI court. The court allowed CBI to take businessman Amit Aggarwal on remand for five days.

Accusations against Amit Agarwal

CBI Delhi team at 1:30 pm on 7th December Ranchi She had reached Birsa Munda Central Jail located at Hotwar and took along with her Amit Aggarwal, who was already in jail in the land scam case. It is noteworthy that High Court advocate Rajeev Kumar was arrested in Kolkata with Rs 50 lakh in cash. Amit Aggarwal’s involvement was reported in this. It is alleged that as part of a conspiracy, Amit Aggarwal had called Rajiv Kumar from Ranchi to Kolkata and got him arrested.

It is known that at present Amit Aggarwal is an ED accused in the land scam case and is lodged in Hotwar jail. So far 13 people have been arrested in the land scam case. In this matter, ED is repeatedly sending summons to CM Hemant Soren for questioning. ED has sent sixth summons to CM. He has not appeared in the ED office on the last 5 summons. Now the sixth summons has been issued and he has been called for questioning on 12th December.
