Palamu, Chandrashekhar Singh: A road accident occurred near Chadhavna of Chainpur police station area of Palamu district. In this accident, four people including a child died, while 14 people were injured. The condition of two of the injured is critical. All the injured are being treated in MMCH. Here, Chief Minister Hemant Soren condemned this accident and expressed deep condolences for the deceased. At the same time, wished for speedy recovery of all the injured. Let us tell you that Udal Prasad Chaurasia, son of Vashishtha Mahato of Narsinghpur Pathra and his grandson Rohit Kumar and Madhu Mehta of Kota village died on the spot after being hit by a car near Chadhavna located on Shahpur-Garhwa main road. It was told that there was a program of Dogola in Chadhavna Tola. People from local and nearby villages were going to participate. In this sequence, the car driver crushed the people walking on foot. While the car driver escaped, 14 other people were injured. According to eyewitnesses, after the incident the driver fled leaving the car one kilometer ahead. After receiving the information, Chainpur police station reached the spot and took stock of the situation.
