Mazgaon (West Singhbhum): 10 laborers including the driver were injured when their vehicle (camper) overturned out of control at the turn of Silphoda village in Mazgaon police station area of West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand. The incident occurred on Sunday night at around 11:00 pm. According to the information, all the laborers are from Araria district of Bihar. They are working under Saket Suman Agency in Pradhan Mantri Jal-Nal Yojana on Mazgaon-Jaintgarh main road, riding on a camper. All the laborers were going from Benisagar to Asanpath Panchayat Bhawan via Mazgaon in a camper (JH 05 CJ 3194). He had his night halt there.
The accident happened due to high speed
It is being told that due to the speed of the camper being very high, the driver Roshan Yadav lost his balance at the turn. The vehicle fell 15 feet off the road. Mangal Yadav, Nandlal Vishwadev, Gaurav Kumar, Deepak Kumar Yadav, Manoj Yadav, driver Roshan Yadav etc. suffered serious injuries in the accident. Many laborers have suffered broken arms and legs. Many have suffered injuries on the head and other parts of the body.
Four laborers were referred
On information from local people, police station in-charge Vinod Tirkey arrived. The police brought the injured to Mazgaon Community Health Centre. Here, medical in-charge Dr. Sanatan Chatar provided first aid to everyone. Four extremely serious laborers have been referred to Sadar Hospital Chaibasa for better treatment. Mazgaon police seized the vehicle. Investigation into the matter has been started.
