When investigation was not done even after a month, Judge Jai Sengupta gave a show cause notice to the OC of Mathurapur police station. The state claimed that the police is investigating the matter. BDO is also looking into the matter. On this the judge said why is there suddenly talk of investigation. How did BDO come here? Where primarily the allegation is being proved, why there is such a thing as finding out?

Will take action against OC

Raising questions, the judge said that in the Bhupatinagar case, the police registered an FIR on the complaint of the wife of the arrested accused without finding anything out.
