Tata Nexon In December, it achieved the title of best selling car in India by defeating Maruti Suzuki WagonR. Tata Motors recorded sales of 15,284 units of Nexon in December 2023, which is 368 units more than November.
The facelift version of Nexon is getting very good response from the customers for its attractive design and new features. The car has a new front facia, split LED headlight setup, redesigned front and back bumpers and new LED tail light setup. There are two engine options available in the Nexon: a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The turbo petrol engine generates 120 bhp power and 170 Nm torque, while the diesel engine generates 115 bhp power and 260 Nm torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed AMT and a new 7-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT).
Tata Nexon prices start at Rs 8.10 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 15.50 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in four variants: Smart, Pure, Creative and Fearless. Nexon competes directly with Honda Elevate, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue and Maruti Brezza.
