The company said that it will increase the prices of cars in India by three percent.

Kia has sold 11 lakh cars worldwide

Hardeep Singh Brar, Head of Sales and Marketing in India, Kia India, said that the company is constantly trying to provide premium and technically updated products to the customers. He said that due to the continuous increase in the prices of materials used in car manufacturing, unfavorable exchange rates and rising production costs, we are partly forced to increase the prices of cars. Let us tell you that South Korean company Kia Motors has sold about 11.6 lakh cars worldwide so far.

Kia Motor sells eight models in India

Let us tell you that South Korean company Kia Motor sells eight of its models in India. This includes Kia Sonet, Kia Seltos, Kia Carens, Kia EV6, Kia EV9, Kia Carnival, Kia Clavis and Kia EV5. Their ex-showroom prices are Rs 7.99 lakh, Rs 10.90 lakh, Rs 10.45 lakh, Rs 60.95 lakh, Rs 90.00 lakh, Rs 40.00 lakh, Rs 6.00 lakh and Rs 30.00 lakh respectively. The cheapest among Kia cars is Kia Classy priced at Rs 6.00 lakh. The company is now busy preparing to launch its updated version.
