Bihar School Examination Board has provided a golden opportunity for the students participating in the 2024 matriculation examination of Bihar Board to get free preparation for medical and engineering. For this, eligible students will be selected on the basis of entrance examination, for which online applications have been invited. Students wishing to prepare for medical and engineering can submit online applications till 12 midnight on 8th February. A fee of Rs 100 will also be payable for this. You will have to log in to the website of Bihar School Examination Board at coaching.biharboardonline.com. Applications are being accepted from January 26 onwards.
Selection based on interview
Students selected on the basis of entrance examination and interview will be given medical and engineering preparation at the educational centers set up in the divisional headquarters. This will be free of cost. Selected students will not have to pay fees. Hundred seats each have been kept for boys and girls in each divisional headquarters. Selection for these will be done on the basis of merit list. In each divisional headquarters, 50 boys and 50 girls will be prepared for Medical (NEET) and 50 boys and 50 girls will be prepared for Engineering (JEE).

For the first time, this arrangement is being made in the divisional headquarters of Bihar for medical and engineering preparation. Bihar School Examination Board is going to provide this opportunity to the students appearing for matriculation in all the nine divisional headquarters of Bihar. Earlier this system was started in Patna.
Preparation for 200 students at each center
Bihar School Examination Board has made arrangements for teaching centers in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Chhapra, Darbhanga, Saharsa, Purnia, Bhagalpur, Munger and Gaya. That is, on the basis of entrance examination, 100 boys and 100 girls will prepare for medical and engineering in the above nine cities. For this, Bihar School Examination Committee is going to arrange expert teachers. This arrangement will be non-residential. That is, Bihar School Examination Board will not provide hostel facilities to the selected students. However, Bihar School Examination Committee will provide one thousand rupees per month as scholarship to all the students. Apart from this scholarship, study material will be provided by Bihar School Examination Committee.
