Bareilly : In Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, a brother became a beast. He lured his innocent sister to the room of a house by luring her with toffee. After this, he committed brutality and ran away. The girl reached home crying. She told her mother about her stomach. Complained of pain down below. After this the mother came to know about the whole matter. The police registered an FIR against the accused and admitted the girl to the District Women’s Hospital for treatment. After this the accused has been arrested and sent to jail. A woman resident of a village in Bareilly Dehat told that her 5 year old daughter was playing in front of the grocery shop located near the house. Meanwhile, neighbor Yashpal (22 years) lured his daughter to the house of a person from the village by luring her with toffee. It was very dark in the house. The girl calls Yashpal brother and is also afraid of him. The accused took the girl to the room and then physically abused her. If the mother was to be believed, the daughter told her that “After asking me to get something, the brother took me to the dark room of the house and did dirty work. After this, he left me at the shop. He said that it caused a lot of pain. His clothes were dirty with blood. The woman complained about the matter to the police.
Threat to hit people with jam if they complain at home
The accused had threatened to kill the girl if she told him about her home. After this the accused left the girl at the grocery shop and ran away. The woman reached the police station with the victim’s daughter. Seeing the case as sensitive, the police registered an FIR against the accused at around 1:30 am after midnight. Amla CO Dr. Deepshikha said that the police got information about the rape of a 5-year-old girl. Was found. Police reached the spot after receiving the information and conducted a raid and arrested the accused youth from the village itself. Along with this, the girl has been sent for medical examination. Local police including SSP Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan, CO Dr Deep Shikha Ahirwar reached the spot. The police admitted the girl to the District Women’s Hospital for treatment. Along with this, sections 376AB, 323, 506 Protection of Children from Gender Lining Crimes were registered against the accused. An FIR has been lodged under Section 5M of the Act 2012 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act 2012. In this case, Inspector Pushpendra Singh has arrested the accused and sent him to jail. Along with this, investigation has been started.
