The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Rajasthan capital Jaipur arrested Gaurav Singh, assistant administrative officer of SMS Hospital, and Anil Joshi and Vinod, organ donation coordinators of two private hospitals, in a bribery case of Rs 70,000 for issuing NOC for organ donation.
