At the same time, the market share of 100-110 cc bikes is 16 percent, whereas among scooters, the highest market share is of 110 cc vehicles, which is 35 percent. However, the demand for 125 cc vehicles in scooters is increasing rapidly. Last year its market share was 11 percent, which has now reached 21 percent.

On the purchase of electric vehicles, there is a rebate of 25 percent in the total tax amount during vehicle registration. The government is also emphasizing on these vehicles. A total of 3204 two wheelers have been sold in the last year. In the year 2022 itself, the maximum number of 2,192 two-wheelers has been sold. The craze of selling these vehicles is such that the number of showrooms of electric two-wheelers has reached 20 in Ranchi alone.
