New Delhi : After hinting for several weeks, TVS Motor Company has finally released one more teaser for the upcoming Apache RTR 310. It is also called Apache RTX 310. However, the sales of the TVS Apache RTR 310 are set to begin from September 6, 2023, and pre-bookings have now opened for the streetfighter at a token price of Rs 3,100.
Design of Apache RR 310
The teaser video reveals an aggressively styled streetfighter, which will share its underpinnings with the Apache RR 310. TVS Apache RTR 310 will carry forward the same chassis and mechanicals. However, the design language looks completely new with the split LED headlamp setup, gold-finished and flat handlebar and a sharp and muscular design on the fuel tank. The bike gets a split-seat setup with an exposed rear subframe while the LED taillights also get a split design similar to the new motorcycles from the brand.
Apache RR 310 Hardware
On the hardware front, the TVS Apache RTR 310 will come with gold-crafted USD front forks, which may offer adjustability, while the back may get a monoshock. In addition, disc brakes at either end are expected along with dual channel ABS as standard. TVS could offer traction control, quickshifter, assist and slipper clutch among other electronic aids.
Power and Speed in Apache RR 310
Power will come from the 312cc reverse-inclined, single-cylinder engine that generates 33 Bhp and 27.3 Nm on the Apache RR 310. The motor could get addition sprockets and gear ratios to make it more road-friendly than the full-faired one. Like the RR 310, the naked Apache 310 will also get four riding modes Urban, Rain, Sport and Track. The faired Apache can do 0-60 kmph in 2.93 seconds with a top speed of 160 kmph. Being lighter in weight, the naked model can outperform these data by a small margin.
Apache RR 310 Price
Apache RR 310 more details will be available next month and the price will also be available then. The TVS Apache RTR 310 is expected to undercut the Apache RR 310, which is priced at Rs 2.65 lakh (ex-showroom). The upcoming offering could rival the likes of the German BMW G 310 R, KTM 390 Duke and the Triumph Speed 400.
