Ranchi: With the aim of protecting the environment, Ride for Green Bike Rally was organized by BollywoodWallah and Indian Oil on Saturday. The rally was started by releasing balloons from Patel Maidan in Harmu. On this occasion, all the employees of BollywoodWallah including Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth, Editor-in-Chief of BollywoodWallah Ashutosh Chaturvedi, Jharkhand singer Monica Mundu and Mrinali Akhauri were present.
What did MP Sanjay Seth say?
On this occasion, Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth, while addressing the people present, said that earlier the weather of Ranchi was so good that when we used to go to school, we used to get wet. We had to sleep covered with sheets even during summer. Today the situation is such that ponds are left only at a few selected places in the capital. Buildings have been constructed at important places in the city. Due to increasing pollution the air here is becoming poisonous day by day. Therefore, there is an appeal to BollywoodWallah to launch a campaign to protect the environment. So that this earth can be saved. Under this, I have stopped drinking water from plastic bottles many years ago.

BollywoodWallah’s Editor-in-Chief Ashutosh Chaturvedi, while addressing the people present, said that the situation of pollution today in the country’s capital Delhi and Mumbai is not hidden from anyone. Every day we read such news that Delhi’s pollution is more than normal. However, the situation in Ranchi is better than Delhi. But if no initiative is taken on this as soon as possible, then it will not take long for the situation to worsen here too.
