If you want to take admission in BE or BPharma course after 12th, then you can apply for the entrance exam BITSAT-2024 of Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS). BITS, one of the leading non-government educational institutions of the country, has issued the notification of BITSAT, the entrance examination to be taken for admission in various courses including engineering for the year 2024 in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses. BITSAT-2024 will be organized in 63 cities of the country including Patna, Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Kolkata, Siliguri.

Goa campus has the option of doing BE in Chemical, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mathematics & Computing and Mechanical. Hyderabad campus offers the opportunity to pursue BE in Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mathematics & Computing and Mechanical.

Know, how will be BITSAT- 2024
For admission in BITS, you will have to give BITSAT-2024, which is a computer based online test. The duration of the test will be three hours. In the paper, 130 questions will be asked focusing on Physics in Part I, Chemistry in Part II, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning in Part III, Mathematics/Biology (for B Pharma) in Part IV. BITSAT questions will be based on NCERT syllabus of classes 11th and 12th. NCERT text books can be useful for preparing for this test.
Required qualifications to appear in the test
For Engineering course (BE), it is necessary to have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any recognized board with minimum 75 percent marks and proficiency in English. Candidates who have passed 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for BPharma.
