Biparjoy Cyclone: Will the effect of Biparjoy storm be seen in Bihar? Many flights and trains canceled

Cyclone Biparjoy Chakraborty, which rose from the Arabian Sea, has now taken a dangerous form and it is likely to make landfall in Kutch district of Gujarat on Thursday. There is an alert regarding this in many cities of the country including Mumbai. However, it is not going to have any significant effect on the weather of Bihar. But, the air and rail service from Bihar to Mumbai and other cities has been affected by the storm.

Vigilance being taken regarding air and rail services

Due to the cyclonic storm Biparjoy, special vigilance is being exercised regarding air and rail services. For this reason, an Indigo flight from Patna to Mumbai was canceled on Monday, while Air India’s Mumbai-Patna flight reached Patna with a delay of about 7 hours. Air India flight AI 673 reached Patna airport at around 8 pm instead of arriving at 1 am. Due to this, the passengers had to face a lot of trouble and they created a ruckus at the airport. Many passengers had connecting flights from Mumbai but due to the late arrival of the aircraft, people missed their flights. There was anger among the people regarding this matter.

Doubt on flight even today

Indigo Airlines officials say about today’s flight that it will be clear only after seeing the weather on Tuesday whether the flight will go from Patna to Mumbai and Ahmedabad or not. The representatives of the airlines told that information about the cancellation of the flight to Mumbai was already given. After which many people got their tickets cancelled.
