The top speed of Royal Enfield Bullet is 130 kmph. However, the average mileage of Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is around 35 kmpl, while the mileage of TVS Ronin is 42.95 kmpl. Royal Enfield’s new generation Bullet 350 may look similar to the previous UCE model, but the brand has made some significant upgrades which are not as obvious as one might expect. The new-gen model is based on the J-platform, which underpins the Classic 350, Hunter 350 and Meteor 350. The new Bullet 350 shares nothing with the previous model despite looking largely similar.

Powering the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is a 349 cc air-oil cooled engine, which also powers other 350 cc motorcycles. It generates maximum power of 20 bhp and peak torque of 27 Nm. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. However, Royal Enfield has retuned the engine to suit its specifications.

Suspension work in the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is done by telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. Braking hardware consists of disc brakes at either end or disc and drum setup depending on the variant.

The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 will also use the same rotary-style switchgear as the motorcycle Classic 350. However, the base variant can get a simpler set of switchgear, which is offered on the base variant of the Hunter 350. It will also have halogen headlamps and a new tail lamp.

TVS Ronin: Suspension and Brakes
TVS Ronin is built on a double cradle split synchro stiff frame. It has 41 mm upside down (USD) fork suspension at the front, while at the rear it has 7-step adjustable preload monoshock suspension. For braking duty, it has been provided with 300 mm disc brakes at the front and 240 mm disc brakes at the rear. This bike comes with dual channel ABS. For riding, it has been provided with 9-spoke alloy wheels, which are fitted with tubeless tires of size 110/70-17 (front) and 130/70-17 (rear). This bike has two ABS modes, Rain and Urban.
