Bihar Weather: Weather changed in Patna today, IMD issued alert, know when it will rain

Bihar Weather: Summer season in Bihar (Bihar Heat Wave) continues. People are not seeing any respite from the heat wave like situation. The temperature in about five cities of the state has reached above 43 degree Celsius. Whereas, the maximum temperature of 16 districts has gone above 40 degree Celsius. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert. Patna Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert regarding heat wave in Bihar. The department has told that the maximum temperature in the state will be around 40 to 42 degrees, but people will feel the heat of 53 to 60 degree Celsius.

Shadow clouds since morning in Patna

Light clouds are being seen in the sky since morning in the capital Patna. Along with this, light wind is also blowing. However, according to the Patna Meteorological Department, heat wave conditions prevailed in the capital on Saturday. Vacancy warnings have been issued in 13 districts of the state from 16th to 18th April. Whereas from 18 to 20 a yellow alert has been issued in the entire state. People in Patna, Jehanabad, Gaya Nalanda Sheikhpura Nawada, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Munger, Jamui, Khagaria, Banka and Bhagalpur will have to face more heat.

Temperature will increase in southern districts

The temperature will increase in southern districts of Bihar like Banka, Jamui, Bhagalpur, Katihar etc. In the next four to five days, the temperature in most of the districts will be between 42 to 44 degree Celsius. It is being told that the reason for excessive heat is climate change. Felling of trees, increase in pollution, haphazard traffic, non-adherence to standards during construction and use of more and more ACs are now becoming a cause of trouble for the people. However, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility that the rains will also be good this year.
