In Bihar, severe cold day was recorded in Muzaffarpur, Buxar, Aurangabad, Patna, Bhagalpur, Purnia, Chhapra, Sabour, Bhojpur, Kaimur, Khagaria, Jiradei, Agwanpur, Kishanganj on Wednesday. The mercury here has been recorded six to 11 degrees Celsius less than normal.
