In Bihar, 17 districts were in the grip of heat wave on Wednesday. In these five districts of Begusarai, Sheikhpura, Khagaria, Motihari and Banka, dangerous heatwave prevailed. Normal life was badly affected in the state due to heatwave for the fifth consecutive day. However, it is a matter of relief that from Friday the mercury will start falling gradually in Bihar for a few days.

Changed wind pattern, east wind will move on the surface

According to the information of IMD, the reason for the decrease in temperature in Bihar after 24 hours is the change in the wind pattern. Now in place of Pachhua, Purvaiya will run. Due to the easterly movement, there may be cloud cover at some places in East Bihar in the initial phase. At the same time, thunder storm activities have started in northern India. Gradually its effect will start falling on Bihar. There can also be a situation of storm and water here.

Highest temperature in Sheikhpura

At present, a partial drop in mercury has been recorded in more than a dozen districts of the state on Wednesday. Even after this, heat wave has continued in 17 districts of the state. Sheikhpura recorded the highest maximum temperature of 43.8 degree Celsius in the state. Apart from the heat-affected districts, the temperature in other seven districts has remained above 40 degrees.

Patna’s senior meteorologist Ashish Kumar told that the wind pattern has started changing. Due to this, there will be a decline in mercury respectively. Actually thunder storm activities have started. In this way, the state will get some relief from heat wave.
