The maximum day temperature in Jammu was recorded at 14 degrees and in Shimla the day temperature was recorded at 18.2 degrees. That means it was colder in Bhagalpur during the day than in Jammu and Shimla.

There will be fog in the morning, there will be light sunshine during the day. There is a possibility of western wind blowing during this period. Farmers should avoid spraying any kind of wheat in strong winds. Stop irrigation of wheat and vegetables. There is a possibility of late blight disease in the potato crop, hence keep monitoring.

Minimum temperature record not broken:

The record of minimum temperature has not been broken so far this season. Last Sunday the minimum temperature was five degrees. Whereas on January 2, the minimum temperature had reached six degrees. Whereas on January 3, 2019, the minimum temperature of the district had fallen to 3.6 degrees. Whereas on January 14, 2017, the minimum temperature was 3.9 degrees. On January 5, 2019, the minimum temperature was recorded at four degrees.
