Bihar Weather: Magh’s cold is haunting at night, there will be a slight increase in the temperature of Bihar after two days

Patna. There is continuous change in weather in Bihar. Once again there is a flow of westerly winds in Bihar. There is no possibility of any significant change in the weather for a few days in entire Bihar including Patna. Surface westerly wind will continue throughout the day. Due to this, there is a possibility of decrease in morning and evening and night temperatures. Even on Saturday, Gaya was the coldest in the state. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in 10 districts. These include Patna, Gaya, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Nawada, Begusarai, Jehanabad, Lakhisarai, Buxar, and Bhojpur. There may be light to moderate rain in these districts between February 10 and February 12.

Yellow alert regarding rain

Yellow alert has been issued regarding rain in the southern areas of Bihar. These areas include Gaya, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Nawada, Begusarai, Jehanabad, and Lakhisarai. There is a possibility of heavy rain in these areas. According to the Meteorological Department, a western disturbance is becoming active, due to which it is raining in Bihar. This disturbance will remain active till 12th February.

Slight increase in temperature after two days

A slight increase in temperature will be recorded after two days. The Meteorological Department has predicted a slight increase in the minimum temperature from Sunday. The minimum temperature is expected to be eight and the maximum temperature will be 24 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, there will be fog in the morning. Meteorologist Dr. SN Pandey said that due to the westerly wind blowing at the speed of 16.5 km per hour, there is still moisture in the air. There is relief from sunlight during the day, but at night the mercury is falling due to moisture in the atmosphere. As soon as 7 o’clock in the night the westerly wind increases and is imprisoning people in their homes.

7.6 degree minimum temperature

Even though the weather in Gopalganj district has become pleasant due to sunshine during the day, the cold is troubling at night due to continuous falling of mercury. While the day temperature reached 22.8 degrees on Saturday and the lukewarm sunshine gave a lot of relief to the people, the minimum temperature was recorded at 7.6 degrees Celsius, which is four degrees Celsius less than normal. The night remains deadly for those living on the footpaths of the city. Many people are forced to live on footpaths in Banjari, Ambedkar Chowk, Arar Chowk, Sadar Hospital, Hajiapur. The Municipal Councilor’s bonfire has been extinguished, due to which the cold remains dangerous even for pedestrians at night. This situation will continue for one or two more days.
